Corporate Physiotherapy & Wellbeing
Keeping Your Business Moving
Musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders such as lower back, neck, shoulder and knee pain, coupled with Mental Health conditions like stress, anxiety and depression are two of the leading causes of sickness absences in the UK. The latest data from the ONS estimates that these conditions accounted for more than 80% of all work-related ill health cases in 2019/2020.
The issue is compounded when we consider external factors from outside the work environment where 40% of all GP appointments now involve Mental Health and 20% of the UK population consults a doctor for MSK disorders each year.
These issues can be caused by a variety of factors and hence the associated risks are agnostic to which industry people work in or whether the roles are manual or deskbound. Latest scientific evidence also proves a direct link between physical and mental health which is why it is crucial that wellbeing initiatives address both aspects together and not in isolation.
C | P | W is one of the first corporate wellbeing consultancies to take a holistic approach to employee health. Therefore our services are designed to focus on both the physical and mental aspects of the challenges faced by the modern workforce.
At C | P | W we offer an extensive range of services designed to support you in enhancing your employees' physical and mental wellbeing whilst also improving sickness absences, presenteeism, productivity and staff retention.
